Dual Action Eye Makeup Remover is a dual phase formula that removes eye makeup and lip color including waterproof. It conditions the eye area and is for all skin types.

  • Oil phase softens skin, while foaming phase lifts away dirt
  • Quickly loosens and dislodges makeup
  • Softens and smoothes dry skin around the eyes and lips

    KEY INGREDIENTS:
  • Surfactant - gentle foaming agent dissolves mascara, eye makeup and lip color
  • Glycerin - lightweight moisturizer softens and hydrates skin

    USE: Soak a cotton ball and gently apply in a circular motion to the desired area. Note: Not recommended for use as a facial cleanser.
