SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Overnight shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via Email at customerservice@letoilecosmetics.com. Some items sold by L’etoile Skincare and Cosmetics require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations. At L’etoile Skincare and Cosmetics, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: In-Stock items are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order. Orders placed by 12:30 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be shipped out the following business day. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.
All of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address. If no shipping option is selected, your order will be shipped Standard Ground.
You may request Standard Ground and 3 Day Select.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES: A valid United States or Canadian address is required for all deliveries.
DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.
SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES: We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or Canada.
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See Shipping Rules and Restrictions.
STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS: UPS is letoilecosmetics.com's preferred carrier and we recommend that our customers choose UPS when shopping with us. UPS offers more detailed tracking information for your order.
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. L’etoile Skincare and Cosmetics offers Free Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding tax in applicable states). Additional charges will apply for UPS 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select Shipping.
There is no delivery cost for shipping L’etoile Skincare and Cosmetics eGift Certificates regardless of their face value.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: orders destined for P.O. Boxes will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notice will be sent to advise you.
SHIPPING TIMES: The times estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected.
GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES: UPS Ground and 3 day Select deliver Monday through Friday.
SALES TAX: Sales Tax: If the order is shipped within Washington State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Washington State. Purchases at letoilecosmetics.com are subject to an 8.8% local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.
FREE GIFT WITH MERCHANDISE PURCHASE: A free gift may be added to your order, free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit and are subject to availability.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest skincare and cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from us does not meet those expectations, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date, in their original condition, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other L’etoile Skincare and Cosmetics products. Product received after 30 days will be eligible for online store credit only.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please note it may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at customerservice@letoilecosmetics.com.
In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
RETURNING A GIFT: If you are returning a gift, please contact us at customerservice@letoilecosmetics.com. We can either credit your L’etoile account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.

In Canada, please send your return by insured Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at customerservice@letoilecosmetics.com or call us at 253-537-SKIN(7546).
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. |
